Verizon’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) has just been revealed and it reveals a few interesting things. It shows the Samsung Galaxy Nexus dropping to $199 on a two-year contract come April 23rd. That a pretty good deal for a 32GB pure Google phone. If you were thinking about picking one up, I would advise you to just wait until Monday so you can at least save $100. Verizon was also rumored to be getting a version of the Galaxy Nexus that was 16GB of internal storage and that was rumored to be $199 as well. Between the two, its a no brainer to pick up the 32GB version.
The MAP also reveals that all DROID RAZR’s are coming up on the end of their MAP’d pricing meaning that new phones are right around the corner. Just business as usual in the Android world right? Presumably the DROID RAZR HD and DROID Incredible 4G will be coming in to fill those spots. If you are a Verizon subscriber, you have much to look forward to in the next month.
