Nokia Lumia 900 enjoying the top of the sales charts on Amazon

It seems that Nokia and Microsoft’s persistence is paying off in a pretty substantial way. Amazon’s listening aren’t necessarily indicative of whether a device is enjoying success on an actual carrier but it is a pretty good metric. The Lumia 900 occupies two spots on Amazon’s best selling cell phone list. The 900 launched on April 8th on AT&T and features a 4.3 inch Clear Black Display, 8 MP Carl Zeiss Lens, all polycarbonate body and compatibility with AT&T’s LTE network. The handset occupies the the number one spot (Black) and number three spot (Cyan). That was only during presales, now both colors occupy the number one and two spot on the list.

Many reviews of the Lumia 900 called it the best Windows Phone out with now and at $99 on AT&T that’s a pretty good deal. Many reviewers knocked the handset for things like no expandable SD card support and low resolution screens. Those barriers will be broken when Windows Phone 8 (Apollo) comes around. Stay tuned for Gadget Experts Nokia Lumia 900 review coming soon.
