Nexus Q gets unveiled for $299 (update)

The Nexus Q, the little ball that we saw earlier is now official, called the Nexus Q. It’s basically a small home computer based on Android that was a 25 Watt speaker built in. This device will connect with all of your Android devices at home and sync to Google Play. It will always be connected to the cloud to get the music, videos, and more.

Also the device will have digital and analog outputs like mini-HDMI, Digital optical cable. The device will be priced at $299, we have not heard the availability yet.

Update: The Nexus Q is available for Pre-Order today, ships Mid-July!
