Verizon Store Employees to have blackout vacation days for iPhone launch

We picked up this story from TechCrunch that Verizon Wireless Retail store employees have blackout dates from September 21st-30th. This is right in line with the iPhone’s predicted launch date of September 21st. Looks like the community was right in picking that date for an iPhone launch. If Apple were not to have an event on the 12th and launch on the 21st, I would be actually very surprised. Our friends at Technobuffalo, did a little more work and called one of the Verizon Stores near them and simply asked about these dates and the employees responded with them not knowing about the blackout dates. Now that is probably true but this story really makes the point that iPhone is almost upon us. Only a few more weeks to go! Let’s go Apple fans!
