Along with the newest Android Super Phone, the Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung also announced some exciting new Software called “TouchWiz Nature UX”. This new TouchWiz includes the usage of human interaction other than touch, its the use of sight and voice as well. One of the features of this new UX is called S-Voice, a Siri competitor in every way. It is a personal assistant that can answer your questions, complete tasks, and move around your whole schedule by your command. One thing that it does have to compete with the iPhone is the ability to open applications with your request, something Siri currently does not offer. If you ask an iPhone to open Camera for instance, it will say I am not allowed, but if you repeat the same command to the Galaxy S III, it will open the camera application with grace. Also one neat feature of the Samsung Galaxy S III is personal wake up comments, if you want to call your phone cuddles, you can say something like wake up cuddles and when the phone hears that, it wakes up and unlocks. Pretty neat but can’t wait to practice that myself.
